We offer both female-only retreats and mixed-gender retreats. Each retreat is clearly labelled on the booking page so you can choose the experience that suits you.

Can I book the chalet for a private group or special occasion?

Yes, our chalet is available for exclusive group bookings. If your preferred dates are not listed, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Where is the chalet located? Is it close to restaurants and shops?

Our chalet is located just a 7-minute walk from the centre of La Chapelle-d’Abondance, where you’ll find a selection of restaurants, bars, and local shops.

What is included in the retreat price? Are there any extra costs?

All activities and services listed in the itinerary are included in your stay. Optional additional experiences can be arranged at an extra cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay via our secure booking platform, WeTravel, along with other standard payment methods.

Do you cater for dietary requirements and food allergies?

Yes, we can accommodate most dietary requirements and allergies. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly.

Does the chalet have a lift?

No, the chalet does not have a lift. Guests should be comfortable using stairs.

Are non-alcoholic drinks available during the retreat?

Yes, a variety of soft drinks will be available throughout your stay.

Is smoking allowed at the chalet?

No, the chalet is strictly non-smoking, both indoors and in the outdoor areas.

Are hairdryers provided in the rooms?

Yes, all bedrooms are equipped with hairdryers for your convenience.

Is Wi-Fi available at the chalet?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available. However, we encourage guests to disconnect during activities and meal times to fully enjoy the retreat experience.

What should I pack for a mountain retreat?

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing and layers suitable for a mountain environment. A detailed packing list will be provided after booking.

Are there medical facilities nearby?

Yes, La Chapelle-d’Abondance has an English-speaking pharmacy and access to doctors (appointments can be booked via the Doctolib app). The nearest hospital is in Thonon-les-Bains, approximately 25 minutes away.
